CSLP Accredited Service Centers

The CSLP Accredited Service Center credential validates an organization's level of commitment to staff training and certification, resulting in competitive differentiation and consumer confidence. It identifies organizations that employ a significant percentage of CSLP certified customer service and student debt consolidation staff.
CSLP certification establishes a level of comfort with consumers, creditors/collectors and legislators. It shows that a company's staff member has met important industry requirements by obtaining CSLP certification, a recognized and trusted industry credential.
CSLP Accredited Service Centers have all commited to having their customer service and student debt consolidation staff members obtain and maintain current CSLP certification.
Each participating company will demonstrate complete transparency by displaying their address, phone, website URL and names of all current CSLP certified staff members.

Important Note:
Participation in the TrainAndCertify.org CSLP training and certification program does not include corporate/company AFSLR membership. CSLP certification is limited to individual staff members and does not extend to the company of CSLP certified individuals.
